Gail is an Associate Director within our Property and Asset Management Department and is responsible for a large mixed-use portfolio of single and multi-tenanted properties including several regional shopping centres and retail parks throughout Northern Ireland.  She deals with all aspects of property management including service charges, property insurance and rent reviews/lease renewals together with client financial accounting. 

Gail brings a wealth of experience encompassing all aspects of property management to Osborne King having headed up the Property Management Department within Ardmore Commercial.

With her experience Gail is very focused on improving the performance of clients’ property assets.
