Gavin has years of experience in the Northern Ireland property market with his main focus on transactional activity within the Office and Industrial teams. He has a wide range of international and multinational clients in addition to acting for a number of Northern Ireland-based companies.

In recent years he developed and now heads the firm’s Asset Recovery team, which acts on behalf of all Northern Irish financial institutions and major accountancy practices.
