After completing her degree in Economics and Management at Oxford University, Ruth returned to Northern Ireland and trained as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, qualifying in 2002.  She joined Osborne King as financial controller in 2007 and in her day to day role oversees the overall financial operations of Osborne King and its associated companies. She works with the Property and Asset Management team on behalf of a wide variety of clients to ensure the delivery of exceptional quality financial and accounting services across the portfolio of managed properties.

Ruth is a key member of our Corporate Services team managing financial operations for over 150 properties across Ireland on behalf of a major European banking group. Ruth is also involved in developing reporting to clients on the financial performance of managed assets. She has assisted with the financial aspects of taking on and managing assets held under fixed charge receivership instructions and working directly with the instructing financial institutions.  Her previous experience working as an analyst in the Financial Services sector has given her valuable experience of modelling complex financial transactions which she has been able to use to assist in the delivery of a range of Advisory and Consultancy projects.
