Chris joined Osborne King as a graduate in 2005 from Northumbria University and is an Associate Director. His principal role is negotiating the leasing and sale of property on behalf of new and retained clients. Chris acts on behalf of a range of clients including insolvency practitioners, banks and private individuals providing disposal advice with a view to maximising asset value.
