Around six years ago, I was asked to contribute an industry article in an urban regeneration publication outlining the positive steps that could be taken to re-invigorate town centres in a prevailing climate of spiralling retail failures and horrendous high street vacancy levels.

Leading make-up artist, Ciara Daly, is on the move having recently purchased premises on the Lisburn Road. The deal was negotiated by Osborne King who report that the property comprising c 2,300 sq ft over three floors sold for close to its asking price of £375,000.
