GRANT THORNTON LEASING 13,000 SQ FT OF OFFICE SPACE IN DANSKE BANK BUILDING
05 July 2017Leading professional services firm, Grant Thornton, is leasing 13,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in the Danske Bank building on Donegall Square West as part of an expansion programme.
Danske Bank has sought to take advantage of the prime location of their headquarters and the lack of available Grade A office space in Belfast.
Richard McCaig from Osborne King who acted on behalf of Danske Bank with commented:-

The achieved rent of £20.00 per sq ft demonstrates the current market level for prime Grade A offices in Belfast and is another positive step forward for the market.
