Stephen joined Osborne King in 2019 and works within our Advisory Department. Stephen is an experienced surveyor, with over 15 years’ experience in a broad range of disciplines including asset valuation principally for secured lending, company accounts and taxation purposes, rent review and lease renewal negotiation, rating, compulsory purchase compensation, acquisitions and disposals and particular experience in respect of restrictive covenants, ground rents and litigation support.
