Martin joined Osborne King in 2005 and is a member of the company’s Advisory and Licensed Departments. He works mainly on behalf of clients and lending institutions preparing valuation reports for most types of commercial property and land. Martin is also fully trained (CIArb NI) and experienced in providing expert evidence for court proceedings in Northern Ireland.
