John qualified as an Architect in 1981 and after working in an architectural practice for 30 years, joined Osborne King in 2011 to help with the development of Project Monitoring as a new service for corporate funders and clients.
John’s current role includes Project Monitoring of developments for private clients, Banks and other commercial funders and includes assessment of build quality, compliance with statutory approvals, programme and budget as well as recommendations for drawdown payments to the borrowers.
